DIVERSITY PD, a collaborative effort with partners from Penn Medicine, the University of Pennsylvania Health System, Jefferson Health, Cooper University Health Care, Temple University, the Dept. of Veteran Affairs’ PADRECC, Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church, Salem Baptist Church Abington, and The Parkinson Council, is excited to announce that registration is open for our FREE community-focused, family-friendly, and hope-driven event designed for families of color living in the Philadelphia region.
Movement disorders specialists, experts in memory and cognition, social workers, rehab professionals, and community advocates will facilitate community conversations and provide resources, education, and info. While it’s free, advanced registration is required. For info, call 610.668.4292.
