Feeling a little wary (or weary) about navigating a post-pandemic world?
On Thursday, May 12, 2022, spend an hour with local and national experts in dance and wellness, where they share steps (literally!) that address those feelings to ensure you are part of a creative, caring, and connected community.
Our experts Lauren Zelouf from the University of Pennsylvania, Dance for PD instructors Sharon Friedler and Jon Sherman, and Dance for PD co-founding dancer, David Leventhal, designed this workshop to share info and resources on managing anxiety, stress, mood, and social isolation with music, movement, and social engagement tools that create new bonds.
And, of course, there’s a Dance for PD demonstration and Q&A.
Please note that you will receive an email confirmation with a link to join the free Zoom webinar when you register – keep it handy for easy access.
