The Parkinson Council is proud to partner with the Storbeck Family to celebrate the 13th Annual Flip Flop Walk in Avalon (FFW2022)! Funds raised at this event help The Parkinson Council invest local dollars into our local community for research, comprehensive care, movement programs, and quality of life initiatives.
Inspired by the Storbeck Family and their journey with Parkinson’s disease, FFW2022 is scheduled for Saturday, July 9th. Registration and check-in start at 8:00 am. Register for $35 ($25 is tax-deductible), and you will receive an official FFW2022 t-shirt and a pair of decorative flip-flops! Our goal is to raise $25,000!
The 2-mile walk starts at the Avalon Community Hall and winds down the Avalon boardwalk looping to Avalon Drive to return to the community hall for cool sweet treats and beach-themed raffle items!
