During this 60-minute virtual Yoga Therapy workshop, you will learn easy ways to help prevent falls and serious injury. Learn to shift control of balance and stability from the legs and arms to the core of your body. You’ll also practice techniques to improve gait by relaxing strengthening feet, toes and ankles.
This workshop also will include deep relaxation and meditation. No Yoga experience is necessary. The workshop will be use chair and standing postures. Equipment we will be using: A tennis ball, a yoga block (or thick book, like a dictionary), a yoga mat if available.
