We invite new applicants who offer innovative programs in clinical care and services, research, or quality-of-life initiatives to apply for funding. The grant is for one year, from January 2025 to December 2025.
New applicants must be located in the Greater Philadelphia area (Southeastern PA, Southern NJ, and Northeast Delaware) and be a 501(c)3 registered nonprofit in good standing at the federal and state levels. For new applicants, grant requests should not exceed $30,000.
New applicants should submit a two-page narrative as described in paragraph 2 and a cover letter on the institution’s letterhead detailing experiences/expertise in working with the Parkinson’s community, including outcomes and impact. In addition, including the following info:
· Official IRS letter confirming nonprofit tax status.
· Total funds requested.
· Other sources of funding for this work (if any).
· If research, IRB approval of the project.
· Sustainability plan.
In determining the grant award for quality-of-life, clinical, or research programs, submissions demonstrating a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and innovation in creating access to care and treatment for individuals living with PD will be given additional consideration.
Improving the quality of life of people with Parkinson’s and increasing the number of lives touched continue to be at the center of our mission. We hope the funds allocated ensure innovative, creative, and agile programming in 2025.
