Workshop by the Philadelphia Museum of Art Accessible Programs for People with Parkinson’s Disease and their Care Partners
“Masters in disguise” Modern Times
We’ll start off our workshop in the studio, where participants will choose a small section of a mystery museum masterpiece to use as a basis in creating their own work of art. We’ll examine color, technique, and composition of the master works and use what we learn to seamlessly blend and disguise our creation around the master work.
Workshops are designed for people with Parkinson’s and their care partners and include a 1-hour private guided tour and 2-hour studio experience with 1/2 hour break for lunch. The fee is $10.00 per person. Care partners and personal attendants are admitted free. Click here to download a brochure.
